Pingky Mawarni is an accomplished entrepreneur and the founder of Sativa Ventures. With a background in law and business, she is committed to promoting corporate social responsibility and empowering women, as well as giving back to marginalized communities (women, the disabled, people of color, senior citizens, etc). She is passionate about supporting SMEs and creating a more inclusive future for all. Pingky holds a Bachelor of Law degree in Business Law and a Master’s degree of Public Notary.

Nitika Shara

Nitika Shara is a co-founder of Sativa Ventures with expertise in communication, investing, and business. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Public Relations and has a proven track record of identifying companies with strong growth potential. Nitika is dedicated to creating long-term value for investors and driving economic growth and development through her expertise and strong communication skills.

Arief Faldiansyah

Arief Faldiansyah is a professional in the startup ecosystem, specializing in marketing and business development. With a proven track record of driving growth and strategic initiatives, he has transitioned to a pivotal role as the Chief of Staff at a micro venture capital firm. In this capacity, Arief leverages his extensive experience to oversee critical operations and strategic projects, facilitating the firm’s investment processes and portfolio management.
